Don’t Lose Your ATM/Debit Card Overdraft Privilege

Effective August 15, 2010, debit or ATM purchases will be denied if funds are not available in your account to cover the transaction. To avoid this, you must authorize the credit union to pay the overdrafts. Please note that there are fees if Prosperity FCU pays your overdraft. They are as follows: $25 per overdraft. We pay overdrafts at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined. If you would like PFCU to pay your overdrafts for ATM and debit card transactions, please call (310) 603-8955 before August 15, 2010.
